Chris Anderson
Editor in Chief, Wired magazine
Chris Anderson took the helm of Wired in 2001 and has led the magazine to nine National Magazine Award nominations since, winning the prestigious top prize for general excellence in 2005, 2007 and 2009. He is the author of The New York Times best-seller, The Long Tail, which is based on an influential 2004 article published in Wired, and runs a blog on the subject at www.longtail.com. Anderson will publish his next book, FREE: The Future of Radical Price, in July 2009. He is also founder of Booktour.com, a free online service that connects authors on tour with potential audiences. He was named in April 2007 to the “Time 100,” the news magazine’s list of the 100 men and women whose power, talent or moral example is transforming the world. He previously was at The Economist, where he served as U.S. business editor, Asia business editor and technology editor. Anderson’s media career began at the two premier science journals, Nature and Science, where he served in several editorial capacities. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from George Washington University and studied Quantum Mechanics and Science Journalism at the University of California at Berkeley.
Samir Arora
Chairman and CEO, Glam Media
Samir Arora co-founded Glam Media, the recognized leader of vertical networks which enable brand advertisers to reach targeted and niche audiences online. Previously, Arora was chairman and CEO of Netobjects, Inc. where he drove the creation of the first web site building product NetObjects Fusion. Arora also currently serves as chairman of Information Capital LLC, a venture-capital fund based in Woodside, Calif.
Neil Chase

Neil Chase is Vice President for Author Services at Federated Media in San Francisco. His team manages relationships with more than 100 independent publishers. Joyce Chung
Joyce Chung has over 10 years of operating experience in technology companies and 10 years of venture capital investing experience. She was a founding partner of Cardinal Venture Capital, a $125 million early stage venture fund. At Cardinal, Joyce was responsible for investments in Chipcon (acquired by Texas Instruments), Mobilygen, Valista, and Zilliant. She continues to co-manage the current Cardinal portfolio. Prior to forming Cardinal Venture Capital, Joyce managed venture investments for Adobe Ventures. Her portfolio companies included Vignette (Nasdaq: VIGN), DigitalThink, Digimarc (Nasdaq: DMRC), and Virage. Joyce also held operating roles at Adobe Systems, Sony Corporation, and Cambridge Technology Group. Anita Cohen-Williams

Anita Cohen-Williams is the owner of MySearchGuru, a web marketing and organic search engine optimization firm that increases a web site's visibility in the search engines. Our techniques include doing targeted keyword research, meta tag development, social media optimization (SMO), submission to all relevant search engines and directories, inbound links, and ghost blogging. We have been doing organic SEO since 1999. Anita has a number of blog and has been blogging since 2002. Her archaeology blog was written up in Archaeology Magazine. She is currenty the Meetup.com organizer in San Diego for the SEO Meetup, and the Social Media Marketing Meetup, and the Assistant Organizer for the San Diego Small Business and Entrepreneurs Meetups. Ms. Cohen-Williams has a Masters in Library Science and was a reference librarian for over 12 years.She is now a cybrarian, and helps others find information on the Web. Anastasia Goodstein

Anastasia Goodstein is an award-winning blogger and often-quoted expert on American tweens, teens and early twenty-somethings. She has worked in media for the past 15 years and has helped launch youth oriented web and television properties for brands including Oxygen, AOL andCurrent TV. She will never forget her roots having begun her career in the non-profit youth media space at Teen Voices. Anastasia was one of the first graduates of the Medill School of Journalism's new media program at Northwestern University, where she earned an MSJ in 1999. Her first book about teens and technology, Totally Wired: What Teens & Tweens Are Really Doing Online, was published by St. Martin's Press.
Paul Graham

Paul Graham is the author of On Lisp (1993), ANSI Common Lisp (1995), and Hackers & Painters (2004). In 1995, he and Robert Morris started Viaweb, the first ASP, which in 1998 became Yahoo! Store. In 2002 he discovered a simple spam filtering algorithm that inspired the current generation of filters. He has an AB from Cornell and a PhD in Computer Science from Harvard.
Will Harvey

Will (avatar “Will”) Harvey co-founded IMVU in April 2004 and served as President and CEO from its inception to November, 2007. Prior to IMVU, Will founded two other companies: There.com, which makes the virtual world used by MTV and other consumer brands, and Sandcastle, a networking tools company acquired by Adobe Systems. In high school and college, Will wrote some of the early top selling video games and creativity products. At age 16, Will wrote Music Construction Set, the world’s first word processor for music, published by Electronic Arts. Will holds five patents on networking, search and computer graphics.
